Rev. Vasantha Matthew is a senior minister in the Assemblies of God Malaysia. One of the longest serving faculty at MTBC, she brings with her, 44 years of ministry experience. She has a B.Th. from Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary.

Rev. Gunarajan Ponnusamy obtained a M.Div from National Christian Theological College (ATA), India in 2010, finishing his B.Th. (2005) & Dip in Theology (1985). He is an ordained Minister of the Assembly of God, Malaysia. He comes with 31 years of teaching experience and 35 years of pastoral experience. He is married to Saroja and they are blessed with 2 daughters.

Rev. Moody Nehemiah has been teaching the Diploma & B.Th modular courses in MTBC regularly as a guest lecturer since 2012. He served in Campus Crusade for Christ & is an ordained pastor in the Methodist Church in Singapore, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Malaysia & in FGT’s Tamil ministry. He also teaches in several other Bible Schools in Malaysia while doing outreach ministry among the Tamil people in the Ampang area.

He is a trainer at SPECS (serving the persecuted church) Klang and also TOPAD (Theology of Persecution and Discipleship) program for Master and Degree students at Malaysian Seminaries. He serves as a part time faculty at Alpha Omega International College, Malaysia and Saigon AG Bible School Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam while currently pursuing D.Min studies at Hindustan Bible Institute, Chennai India.

Rev. Dr. S. A. Devasahayam has a Ph.D in Philosophy from Madras Christian College, Chennai and is the director of Koinonia Leadership Training Institute, based in Bangalore, India. He served in Operation Mobilisation India, in various leadership roles as a missionary, administrator and professor. Presently, he is working as a Theological training consultant and visiting faculty in various Bible colleges in India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. He is also a resource person for various organizations like FMPB, GEMS and RPGM in India.

Rev. Dr. G. John Daniel serves as the Academic Dean at South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies, Bangalore, India. Instrumental in starting Madras Assemblies of God Bible College at Chennai, John’s ministry spans over 30 years in the fields of pastoring, church-planting, teaching, and administration. He is married to Sylvia, and they have two sons, Yoahann and Jonathan.

Rev. J. Stanley Maikaraj is Senior Pastor at Assembly of God Church, Vellore, India. Having served in AG Tamil Nadu Bible College, Madurai for 17 years, teaching Pastoral care and Counselling, Systematic Theology, Ethics, Biblical Interpretation, Biblical books, & Apologetics, he also pioneered a Church in Madurai city for 8 years. Involved in family counselling and preaching in family camps, Rev. Stanley serves in the Executive Committee as the District Secretary of Tamil District Council of SIAG. He is married to Stella and have two kids.

A software engineer turned biblical scholar, Pas. Alroy is committed to writing commentaries on the books of the Bible and has already written commentaries on Mark, 1 Peter, Ruth and Philippians. His monograph on the book of Judges is published in the US by Peter Lang. His essay on Ecclesiastes is to be published by SBL again in the US. He has published journal articles and presented papers on biblical studies in UK, USA and Sri Lanka. He has a PGD, MIT, MBA, MA (Biblical Studies), PhD (UCT). He accepted Christ at the age of 12 and is currently an accredited local preacher of the Methodist church and lives with his wife and three daughters in Sri Lanka.

Having graduated with a B.Th. from Seminari Theology Malaysia (STM) in 1999 Rev. Joseph Yesupatham also serves as the pastor of Tamil Methodist Church, Ulu Klang. Apart from performing his pastoral duties, he gives priority to teaching at various theological institutions. Rev. Joseph is married to Sarah and they have two sons, Joel and Samuel and presently is his M.Th. studies at Seminary Theology Malaysia.

He completed his Bachelor of Theology at MTBC in 2019 and was called to serve in the children ministry in the Catholic Church under French missionaries at the age of 16 serving as the ILD Children Ministry Coordinator.
