MTBC Board of Directors
Governance
MTBC is wholly owned by the General Council of the Assemblies of God of Malaysia. It is governed by a Board of Directors:
- The President.
- Two (2) representatives appointed by the EXCO from amongst the EXCO Members.
- One (1) representative appointed by the EXCO.
- Two (2) appointees by the Board of Directors (such appointees shall not comprise the MTBC staff or faculty member).
- One (1) representative appointed by virtue of being President of MTBC’s Alumni Fellowship.
